Privacy

In my work with clients, I take care to ensure that I act in accordance with the principles of ethics and professional practice as set as out in the Code of Ethics of the Australian Psychological Society. These were developed to promote sound professional practice, and to safeguard the welfare of consumers of psychological services and the integrity of the profession. All care is taken to maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act. Personal information provided in the course of if assessment and/or therapy will not be disclosed to any individual, group or organisation, unless under direction from the Court, and will only be used for the purposes for which it was provided.
